RETURN POLICY

We want our customers to love their purchases! If you'd like to return or exchange an item, we are here to help!

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept unused, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags attached for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of the transaction. Any items brought back after 30 days of the transaction will not be accepted. Unworn shoes must be returned in their original box.

If the purchase was made in store, your original receipt must be present.

Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 3 days of purchase or receipt of the package. 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items and markdowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Contact us at trendclothinginc@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange from an online order.  Please reference your order number in the subject line. 

Returns by mail must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.  

Shipping costs for exchanges/returns are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. If you wish to return the item after receiving please refer to our return policy above. If you wish to cancel an order please call us at 574-971-8757.
